Florence Gagnon
Florence Gagnon is an interest student in political science at the Université du Québec à Montréal as well as a public affairs consultant. She obtained a Master's degree in Management (M.SC.) with honours from HEC Montréal in 2012 where she was mainly interested in the global emergence of different models of the collaborative economy. After living in Buenos Aires and Mexico City for three years, she developed a strong interest in socio-political issues in South America. Florence is interested in the role of Canadian diplomacy and its impact on Latin American political relations.
