Valeria Lau
Valeria Lau is a Bachelor’s student pursuing a major in Honours Political Science at McGill University. Exploring her political interests through student journals has led her to work as an Editor for the McGill International Review and a writer for the McGill Journal of Political Studies. She is passionate about the role of gender in governance and civil society, as well as the intersection between climate change and poverty. Being from Venezuela, she is particularly interested in the complex political situation of her home country, searching for the obscure future of democratic institutions within the nation in crisis.
