I hold a bachelor's degree in law, political science and immigration from UQAM, and am a candidate for a master's degree in political science. My master's thesis is under the supervision of Nora Nagels. Entitled Violence légalisée : les migrantes haïtiennes face à l'anti-haïtianisme genré, this thesis, due to be written in summer 2025, will focus on the gendered violence experienced by Haitian migrant women in the Bahamas after the 2010 earthquake.

Since 2021, I have held various positions in the community as a community worker, program coordinator and communications manager. At the same time, between 2023 - 2025, I had the opportunity to work in the academic world as an monitor at the Centre Paulo Freire, a teaching assistant and a student representative at the Feminist Fair. I'm currently a project manager at RAFIQ and a member of the Conseil des Montréalaises. I recently became a yoga teacher, and am committed to making this practice more inclusive and accessible, especially for racialized women. I also practice pole dance and gymnastics, two disciplines that stimulate my creativity and allow me to explore movement as a form of expression and well-being.
