Othón A. León
Othón A. León is a doctoral student in Political Science, specialised in War Studies, at Concordia University. He holds three master's degrees, in Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, in International Studies from Université de Montréal, and in Strategy from HEC Montréal. His career combines managerial practices (strategy), with an academic background (he has been teaching for 30+ years in universities in four continents). His research project consists of explaining the reasons why Latin America is a region where the characteristic has been peace among nations for 100 years, and remarkable violence within several states.
