Ana Laura Rodríguez Gustá


Full Professor at the School of Politics and Government of the National University of San Martín (UNSAM) and Independent Researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) of Argentina.

I hold a PhD in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame (United States), a Master’s degree in Science, Technology and Society Studies from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI, New York), and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of the Republic (Uruguay).


I am a Full Professor at the School of Politics and Government at UNSAM and an Independent Researcher at CONICET (Argentina). My research focuses on organizations, gender inequalities, and gender public policies, from a comparative perspective. My current research project centers on public policies aimed at empowering women at the territorial level, in collaboration with FLACSO Uruguay.
