As a doctoral student in public communication at Université Laval, I specialize in the study of public representations and discourses under the supervision of Professor Charles Moumouni. My research focuses on analyzing public and political communication content, exploring the semantic and discursive dimensions of messages.

My master’s thesis, currently under review (2023–2025), was completed at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) under the supervision of Professor Nora Nagels. It examines the institutional approach to African evaluation principles as outlined by the African Evaluation Association. Additionally, I worked under her guidance during four doctoral seminars (2020–2022) on the theme: “Evaluating Public Policies for Poverty Reduction in Sub-Saharan Francophone Africa: When Neoliberal Donors Intervene.” I hold a Master’s degree (2018) in Public Policy Advisory and Expertise from the IEP at the University of Toulouse, a Master’s in Sociology (2015) from the University of Abomey-Calavi, and two bachelor’s degrees : one in Sociology (2014) from the University of Abomey-Calavi and another in General Administration (2010) from the National School of Administration of Benin.

My doctoral research adopts a comparative perspective, and I am a member of the Canadian Political Science Association, the Quebec Society of Political Science, Acfas, and the International Francophone Secretariat for Environmental Assessment. My work reflects a commitment to improving the impact of public interventions and strengthening governance, particularly in sub-Saharan Francophone Africa.
