CONGRATULATIONS TO MARTINE EL-OUARDI AND FRANÇOISE MONTAMBEAULT FOR THEIR ARTICLE COLLECTIVELY GARDENING THE URBAN PUBLIC SPACE IN MEXICO CITY: WHEN INFORMAL PRACTICES INTERACT WITH THE STATE

Martine El-Ouardi (former student of ÉRIGAL, now a PhD candidate at the University of Lausanne) and Françoise Montambeault, director of ÉRIGAL, and also chair holder of the Canada Research Chair in Participation and Citizenship(s), publish an article on the relationship to the State and to institutions of the actors of shared gardens in Mexico City!

The article is entitled: "Collectively Gardening the Urban Public Space in Mexico City: When Informal Practices Interact with the State" and is published in the International Journal of Urban and Regional Research.
