Congratulations to Romain Busnel for winning three awards for his PhD dissertation!
Our former student member Romain Busnel, also member of the Canada Research Chair Participation and Citizenships, recently received three awards for his PhD dissertation, defended in November 2020, supervised by Françoise Montambeault and Camille Goirand, and titled "The Art of Seizing the State: The Defense of Coca Culture in Peru and Bolivia".
The prizes won are the following:
SHS "International Research" thesis prize from the Collège doctoral des Hauts-de-France
Thesis Prize of the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of the University of Lille
Thesis prize from the Doctoral School 74 "Legal, Political and Management Sciences".
